CATALYST OF TRANSCENDENCE

To transcend the limits or the confines of an experience or situation, one has to adopt internal peace within. To be liberated from the confines of restriction, one has to release control for the uncertain. Change is evolution and is a doctrine of theory to abstain from the certain, the ordinary, the known, to then begin to seek higher knowledge, truth, resolutions, reconciliations, to venture beyond ones comfort zone or path, to ultimately achieve higher perspectives. Change internally and externally fosters the adoption or modes of new methodologies, to solve what holds us back internally.

Within life we are faced with a constant narrative that there is an implied limit, time, measure, or theory of what constitutes happiness or a just life. When we begin to exert energy onto situations, events, or life trajectories that are not in alignment with our own, we then begin to feel withdrawn, drained, and forced to allow a situation that is not ours, to eclipse our karmic path.

To engage in community is to embrace culture and values which enhance our constitution within, as we become more open to embracing emotion, affection, and inherent empathy for another beyond ourselves. We learn although our paths differ from one another that we gain strength from learning from others imparted wisdom, trajectories, and legacies. They say that comparison is the thief of joy, and to no end, it diminishes the pure principle of unity. When we compare to another we deny ourself the inherent right to see our value and worth. If everything is to be replicated, how is it then to become special and significant? When we start to simplify our lives, when we cease entangling our energies in others actions that have no impact on our own lifestyle, and we start to cease competition, that is where we become emancipated to shine within our own life. Where our attention goes, energy flows, which is why we must take heart and examine, what we are exerting our life-force onto?. Although we have lived many lifetimes, in this current life, you must reflect on what your divine purpose is, and mitigate all distractions that are illusionary blockages or interferences that will divert you from your goal, vision, or path.

Give yourself the permission and time to reflect, to have the patience and acceptance that you need to heal and recover. You are given this precious life to create your own mosaics, tapestries, to colour outside the lines or to be a myriad of colours within an abundant landscape. We as humans tend to overcomplicate, and do not take the time to simplify our lives. The troubles of the world or others actions do not define us, and most certainly will not only be solved by only us — it is a collective effort. The more we control and abstain from allowing a situation to unfold in its natural state, the more turbulence and resistance we will encounter, as we are not permitting the natural state of change.

The mind is a metaphysical intricate amalgamation of parts, representing an unlimited state of being. When we transcend our own suffering to help others, we then reach a higher paramount state of peace, internal happiness, and love without confines. Love does not have a definite definition, and most certainly does not have a limit. Love is the most powerful force within the world, and the more we accept ourselves, love ourselves, give ourselves the precious gift of time and patience, the more we reach serenity within. We as human beings have an immense capacity to reach unprecedented limits of happiness when we come together as a cohesive whole.

Many times when we experience great transformations, the body will experience severe changes. When we experience turmoil or turbulent changes, it is purely for our conscious state to recognize that we must release, to elevate to a new level of self-transcendence. Once the lesson has been learned, we then move forward, the resistance or need to shelter comes from the human form (the body) indicating that we need to rest and rejuvenate, to allow what we have been storing internally within our hard drive to cleanse and repair itself. The body may experience illness, however, we as consciousness are not ill, we are just experiencing the symptoms of eradicating a frequency that was not in alignment with our path. Our bodies, even through the most destructive phases of our existence have the ability to self heal and align within time.

For a moment, please take five minutes to reflect on these questions:

  1. How do you speak to yourself? Are you nurturing or abrupt? Supportive? Destructive? There is only one you, how you think, act, speak, and treat your self, will impact your healing process.

  2. Do you give yourself enough support? Do you enable others to comfort you in your time of need?

  3. Are your nutritional needs met?

  4. Do you give yourself the permission to recover, cry, feel your emotions?

  5. Do you give yourself the permission to forgive yourself for situations, experiences, and events, that you could not control or which fostered significant change?

  6. What is holding you back? Is it you? Is it a moment? Is it a phrase, sentence, or action from another?

  7. Do you give yourself the time to acknowledge that you do not need to rush for an answer?

  8. How are you really feeling? Be honest.

  9. Do you recognize that you are just experiencing symptoms of your recovery? The emotions you feel are not you, they are a symptom of a much larger core root, they do not define who you are, but are necessary for internal reflection and healing.

  10. What do you want your life to be?

You have the power, ability, and all the tools to recover and process your life. You just need to give yourself the permission and time to restore yourself back to your natural state — harmony and peace. This starts with defining what are your needs and wants. If you encounter resistance in your life, it is not in alignment for your highest good. Move beyond reactionary responses, and move towards a broader perspective on what implications a situation has on your internal health and wellbeing. If a situation evokes fear or negative attributes, it is time to reflect, why do you feel this way? What is the core root that needs to be internally healed for you to restore yourself back to an internal standard of peace within?

When you create experiences that foster harmony such as reuniting with friends, family, or acquaintances you then encompass love externally. Documenting your experiences and emotions enables your inner spirit to rise as your lived experience transforms into wisdom for another. Embracing nature into your daily activities enables self reflection, and self awareness of what you need to replenish your existence. Observe how nature heals , can you evoke that into your own life? When you discover and embrace what makes you unique without comparison to another’s timeline, you emancipate yourself from the routine and begin to embark on an abstract trajectory that is uniquely your own. Your unique signature is what you will impart onto Gaia. View every experience as an opportunity to seek your divine mission. Always maintain your sense of imagination, contentment within, and internal peace, as you are a creativity in motion. Beyond our physical existence, we must set our mind to what legacy we want to impart in this lifetime and to overcome the self imposed limitations of the mind to nourish our independence. To regain emotional health is to accept and love yourself unconditionally without comparison. Your life is your life only, and will be set in your divine time, therefore, patience enables us to stop projecting too far into the future into the unknown and allows us the sacred gift of presence. Our presence constitutes self awareness which is the foundational origin and principle that we are catalysts of change and united. The more you remain present you will enable yourself to seek internal answers and heal deep within, the more you will achieve your divine mission. To rise beyond the ego, to encompass compassion and empathy for others is to embody self transcendence which then leads to spiritual development of moving beyond what we have ever known in space and time.

When we act without reaction, need, or greed that envelopes and confines the ego we then begin to see ourselves in a higher conscious state. Our true self is one of peace and unconditional love. When negative emotions surface, remove yourself from the situation, give yourself the space and time to reflect internally on what you need to heal within. A situation will only resolve when one recognizes where they lose control, what makes us hyper is what dominates our existence. To be free is to allow others to carry out their mission in peace without interference, the actions of others do not impact our lives unless we allow or grant a situation permission. If we do not take the time to balance, ground ourselves, or engage in self refection, we will always remain reactionary to any cause and effect. To balance the mind, is to surpass the ego. The ego will always provide you multiple reasons to still engage whereas, the higher self will reveal it is time to release. What we hold onto causes us more pain, the solution — let go. Evolution is based on change, and change ushers in new gifts and opportunities for our ascension and awakening process. If you enable the ego to dominate, like a pastry, you will have multiple delicate layers that crumble at any sign of pressure. Release the ego as it does not serve your highest good, and only constitutes as a catalyst for regression. The more you surround yourself with your creative endeavours, loved ones, journeys of travel and exploration, or you engage in your passion, your soul opens to unprecedented states of self expression, which is emancipation from the confines of what weighs heavy on your heart and life. Your woven intricacies construct your experiences but do not define who you are in this or any other lifetime. Come to terms and peace with your past, restore, recover, and rejuvenate for your wisdom has a monumental effect on the lives of others.

Define your purpose, set your vision on your unique perspective, encompass appreciation and gratitude, and remain vigilant and optimistic in every pursuit. Focus on balancing your spiritual, mental, environmental, and physical wellbeing. When you reflect on your beliefs, thoughts, patterns, core roots, your natural rhythm enhances as you are examining and assessing how your actions impact another. Moving beyond the material elements into the metaphysical will enable you to see that tangible objects can never replace human connection. Seek continuity rather than needs. Within all there is, we are all connected. The more you embrace presence the more you will see sacred patterns and connectivity. Our sacred being is needed, valued, and most importantly constitutes a greater whole.

When we experience emotional turmoil such as anxiety, fear, anger, or sadness acknowledge that it is a root that needs to be healed within incremental stages of time. Our traumatic and distressing periods are an opportunity to slow down, release, and reflect on what we need to set boundaries to. Most importantly, we need to recognize that it served as a moment in our construct however, does not diminish or remove our internal power within. Emotional harm, mental anguish or distress are a result of our root coming to the surface, once we process it with the gift of time, we are then able to seek internal truths about an experience. Each experience enables us to learn and foster growth. For a second, I need you to visualize and imagine that you are separating Christmas lights for decoration, the initial process is overwhelming, we become frustrated, angry, and give into the internal need to drive to our local hardware store to replace the lights however, the lights reflect our life, we become embroiled or entangled in situations where they become suffocating or trap us into discomfort, however, with time, dedication and patience, you eventually unravel the chaos to then plug the lights on to return to your light. We tend to always push ourselves to the end result rather than remaining patient or present in the here and now — the here and now is within time and space that can never be returned, make every moment count and reflect on your actions, see your healing through, it is easy to quit, however, if you quit, you will eventually encounter the same emotional wound in another situation that might have a greater impact — face it now and head on. Release, forgive, and heal. Your recovery is precious and sacred, and enable us to become resilient to persevere. See your disturbance, suffering, anguish, rage, and discomfort as an opportunity to emancipate from what causes you imbalance in your daily life. Nothing is worth your internal peace. As mentioned prior, your experience only extracted a moment of your time not your power. Seeking support, mitigating isolation from loved ones, and communication enhances your recovery process and enables more self compassion and unconditional love for yourself and the situation you may face.

Please give yourself the gift of time, to reflect and to cope with challenges or stress on a daily basis. Know that you are not overreacting when you express your emotions, as your emotions are a symptom, and not the cause. Foster hope into your daily life, as time heals our compounded layers. As you begin to see the world as safe, secure, and stable, so will your perspective on life. Mitigate distractions, triggers, and situations which cause you to lose your focus — you have control over what you allow into your sanctuary. Learn to say no, boundaries are essential for your recovery and inner peace, and you do not have to justify your comfort level as it is your unique healing process. Our bodies will experience disconnection, discomfort, and sensations during our recovery process of traumatic experiences. Remaining present, manifesting and harnessing positive outlooks and thinking, relaxation, and embracing your experience will enable you to fully calm the body. The healing process enables us to extract what is important within our lives, reuniting with our core self and values, strengthening our communication abilities, by verbally expressing what causes us pain and distress, and acknowledge that we can seek and be open to support when needed. Forgiveness is essential to eradicate bitterness or resentment of being treated unfairly. Our emotions thus ultimately evoke a powerful sentiment of expression which causes life changing experiences. When we view the world through new eyes, we then are open to understand anothers experiences which then strengthens our empathy for others. When we recognize that our ego obstructs our healing and how we process our feelings and emotions, we then examine where we stand on our self esteem and standards, and begin to balance our inferiority or superiority complex. We are not above another — we all need to recover within time. We are all perfectly imperfect, learning, engaging, healing and discovering new modes and methodologies to enhance our conscious existence.

We are life in motion, complex in our existence, and are a part of a greater whole of interconnected parts. Our thoughts, feelings , and memories influence who we become and our behaviour therefore, our reflection enables us to evaluate not only our behaviours but our influence. Choose in every aspect to remain in your light, remember, you mean everything to someone right now, and you need to stand as a strong beacon of strength as our emotional responses and actions set an imprint on the lives of others. Beyond ourselves, what do you want to create?
