DEDICATED TO ANY INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCING GRIEF
BY : ELISABETH BABARCI

I want to take this moment to send my sincerest condolences to anyone that has lost a loved one that has touched their heart profoundly.
So often, we experience tremendous pain during our transition stages in life that we experience the feelings of sadness/ grief, anger, guilt, regret, and fear of the unknown future.
You always have the ability to take time to absorb what has transpired.
We all grieve and mourn in our own ways. We are complex beings and no one understands ourselves better than ourselves.
Give yourself the time to reflect.
Give yourself the permission to grieve.
Give yourself the permission to forgive.
Give yourself the permission to honour those memories in a way that resonates with you
Be grateful for who is there for you in the present.
So often, we push people that we care about the most due to unresolved issues or internal fear.
Understand that what is meant to happen will happen, we can resist it all we want however, there is always a divine plan.
Know that we must cherish the present moment with those that stand strong with us during our healing and recovery process.
Ask yourself, what does your heart need to heal?
You deserve the time and space to heal.
You are loved.
