HEALING FROM ABANDONMENT

Within the state of abandonment one must surrender to the uncertain, unpredictable, uncontrollable, and unknown. In the slow painful sequences of deprivation, one experiences devastation, profound loss, inadequacy, and becomes embroiled and accustomed to unfamiliar and abnormal treatment from those who vowed or promised to honour their sacred agreement to provide nurturance, support, stability, and security. One must confront the pain, by facing the soul core wounds of abandonment which have become entrenched and embedded, which is often a difficult and delicate process as internal feelings of worthlessness, despair born from sadness, powerlessness, and resentment surface. Within the painful and uncomfortable state of alienation and isolation, the soul fragments, becomes desensitized, and becomes apathetic to enable another the space or room for intimate moments of vulnerability, intimacy, or trust. Addressing the internal pain is necessary to circumvent future issues such as disassociation, apathy, indifference, loss of self, or the inability to trust or love again. When one’s philosophy on healing is rooted in the belief that personal recovery from trauma and inner pain is the foundation for individual empowerment and collective well-being, one then becomes emancipated from the entrapment of the residual past energetic entanglements with karmic counterparts and stands firmly in their own strength rather than seeking external validation for their presence or existence. One is not a mistake, a burden, or born from sin. Through metamorphic cathartic healing, one soothes the soul and helps others navigate their journey through their similar stories and teachings which enhance resilience and survival. By overcoming devastation, as one and others reclaim their personal power and embrace a spiritual approach to growth, they become emancipated. Forgiving others, as well as oneself, is an act of self-liberation that restores inner equilibrium and allows for the gentle unfolding of the sacred heart. By letting go of judgment, individuals can reclaim their inner power, restore their internal and external peace, and move forward in their lives without being constrained by the past. Love is the most powerful force in the world, which is rooted in unconditional acceptance, inner healing, and empowerment. One’s holistic philosophy must view individual healing and self-love as catalysts to produce collective unity and global peace. One must emphasize that loving others begins with loving oneself. Love is freedom, liberation, and unconstrained acceptance of all without judgement, prejudice, and bias, and at the central core of its foundational principle is sacred neutrality. Within the state of neutrality, one then supersedes projections, falsifications, labels, distortions, illusions, and perceptions, into a calm state of stillness through observation. One cannot live within the illusionary opinions of others for they do not comprehend what an individual has gone through.
One must remain open within the mind to truly see beyond the surface. Our core values, beliefs, narratives, stories, and projections influence our natural state of remaining within the purified state of innocence. To view a situation with fresh eyes rather than rose coloured glasses, is essential to release the mind from entrapments which have become adopted, embedded, or utilized as ultimate truths. Healing through forgiveness is essential as the soul recognizes its role within the matter and begins to view the self as imperfect. Imperfections enable the soul to recognize that beyond the surface apparatus, that substance must be found from within. Our scars, battle wounds, and embedded flaws demonstrate our truths without compromise in their raw authentic forms. Forgiveness is an attribute of strength and should not be misinterpreted as a weakness. Forgiveness as a spiritual principle liberates the soul from negative emotions, and restores inner peace. Choosing to forgive, even when it’s difficult, allows for the gentle unfolding of the heart, and the ability to love deeply without judgment. One must rise beyond fragmentation into unity. The concept of unity is a spiritual philosophy centered on unity consciousness, which is more than a mere belief as it is a sacred universal truth, that all individuals are one and interconnected, and that internal healing is the foundation for achieving global peace and collective well-being, beyond modes of devastation and destruction. One must move beyond fear and excel despite perpetual doubt or stagnation. By reclaiming one’s inner power after trauma, one can foster a ripple effect of positive change, that benefits the wider community and the world on a global scale. Within the state of abandonment, the victim of its wrath, is presented with disunity, fractured ideals, and ideologies where the cracks in the structural foundations surrounding nurturance within a relationship collapses, as the role of sanctity within a marriage or partnership is disrupted. When ideologies become asynchronous, the structures fail as a whole. When partners can not collide, or work together as a united team, their ideals, foundational core, and agreements become nullified, and the one that suffers the most is the child caught within the cross-fires. Within abandonment, one learns about the role of being an outcast, outsider, labeled as abnormal or maladaptive, and marginalized from the collective sectors of society, as the child becomes a cautionary tale of separation and disunity. Abandoned children’s roots are seen as abnormal, and regardless of the love, nurturance, or support received are deemed as the other. Within the realm of abandonment, fear is felt and widely adopted, due to misconceptions, stereotypes, or adopted ideological beliefs that a child from a broken home is depreciated or a burden for those that must take on the role as the newfound parent. The trend of abandonment ignites a spark of concern and fear within the lives of others, where all are forced to observe and review their states of unity within their own lives. Abandoned children are often seen as less than, or not deserving of traditional family life in adulthood due to their abnormal circumstances. When the collective act on ignorance, rather than learning or observing that the situation was out of the hands of the victim, then we see from an analytical point the root of shame, guilt, and blame. Abandonment demonstrates to its victims that the world is not certain, temporarily unsafe, unpredictable, and unknown, as transparency and accountability are not sacred luxuries, and war, betrayal, and abuse takes precedence over the state of peaceful alignment and harmony. A child of abandonment becomes attuned to recognize and realize that stability, safety, and support are not guaranteed, and they then become fixated on control and hypervigilance, to not allow the situation to repeat or unfold again, in the same matter, within future interactions. Often we see those that are a product of abandonment as not engaging in trust, love, intimacy, or vulnerability, due to the fear of loss, alienation, negligence, or surrender. One that has healed profoundly from abandonment will recognize, support, and embrace the role of diversity and inclusion, as all are one, and beyond their circumstances should not be judged for the actions of another. Unity consciousness then becomes a path to social inclusion and acceptance, encouraging people to see beyond differences and recognize their inherent worth. A society is only as strong when it has the ability to unite and heal. One must stand in their authentic truth, and speak about their lived experiences and how it has shaped, molded, and influenced their existence as a whole. Individual empowerment through healing drives collective action to acknowledge their own sacred wounds and core roots. When individuals become empowered by their own healing, they are motivated to act as guardians, pillars, or a warriors of the light, promoting unconditional love, advocacy, and positive change within their personal lives and respective communities. This transformation turns personal suffering into a catalyst of change which then accelerates acceptance which in turn leads to internal salvation.
Within the awakening process, as mentioned within my book Celestial Light, I aim to inspire unity consciousness to drive catalystic internal healing, which then enables the heart to become open, to encourage and help individuals protect all divine sentient beings within life with respect, acceptance, equality, and inclusion. Our collective stories, lived or generational experiences, and trajectories awaken our hearts and minds within ourselves, and others, to reclaim their inner power and peace. The healing journey, or ascension process, then becomes a continuous path of spiritual growth, learning, and evolution that leads to a deeper connection with the self and others. By remaining present and mindful by adopting a balanced approach to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being is key to maintaining inner peace, which fosters harmonious change synchronistically, internally, and externally. Within the process of spiritual awakening, individuals are then encouraged to engage in spiritual exploration and evolve to awaken their souls to their highest potential, which ignites hope and ambition. Within the realm of hope, one then restores their faith and belief in the self which translates into advocacy and purpose, where one then draws from their personal history and experiences, and advocates for those who do not have a voice. By encouraging individuals to become catalysts of change, all then align their actions with their moral purpose. By confronting our deep rooted pains, beliefs, and past residual experiences, one then acknowledges that confronting internal pain is the foundation for individual evolution and collective change. Spiritual growth is a process of awakening to one’s divine purpose to reclaim their personal power, particularly after experiencing trauma, destruction, negligence, or isolation which emerges from abandonment. When one is silenced, their voice becomes meaningless within solitude. To be held captive or prisoner with one’s thoughts, is a form a punishment, that abusers seek to dull or wither the human spirit, through the acute exposure of conscious absence, negligence, or withdrawal. Why must one then give power to others who seek to pluck their feathers and expect them to fly? By confronting and embracing challenges, one then derives sacred wisdom. Rather than seeing hardships as purely negative, one must view these instrumental challenges as pillars of opportunities, for personal awakening and spiritual evolution. By facing challenges and conquering fears, one can gain sacred wisdoms and become more adaptive and resilient. Spiritual awakening and intuitive guidance, is essential to become resilient, adaptive, perceptive, and to evoke sacred neutrality within all facets of life. One must awaken their souls to achieve their highest potential to align with their divine purpose. As a spiritually advanced intuitive empath, my awakening process began at the tender age of four, where I acutely observed within stillness the destruction within my life however, my heart opened to my Grandmother and adopted Mother as they became my guardians of sacred truths, a source of restorative peace, as their form of communication became unconditional love, acceptance without judgement, and nurturance as a form of support. Within life, if one is blessed with a few individuals that they can confide in and trust, they are truly blessed. By connecting with one’s inner truth and relying on intuitive guidance to navigate life’s complexities one then becomes empowered and acknowledges the sacred gift of presence. Within presence one is then afforded with introspection, insight, and reflection, rather than remaining within reactive impulsiveness or retributive uncontrollable thoughts and actions, which are derived from a misaligned mind. One must remain diplomatic, methodical, and act with grace. Our inner peace must be preserved, protected, honoured, and respected to derive salvation from forgiveness. Forgiveness is the key to liberation, for oneself and others, and is a sacred spiritual principle which restores alignment through peace. Letting go of anger and resentment liberates the soul from negative emotions, restores inner peace, and allows for authentic growth and fosters balance within life. Balanced living is essential for maintaining equilibrium, physically, emotionally, and spiritually to sustain inner peace and foster continuous growth. One must act with purpose, vision, and direction, and uphold focus, clarity, and determination. Within the state of mindful living, presence is then valued, as meditation affords one to engage in conscious decisions which enables and promotes rest and rejuvenation, where one observes and learns from their experiences with patience within stillness, and attains purpose from vision. Balance is based on maintaining equilibrium across physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life, which enhances well-being. Inner balance is the foundation for personal empowerment and purposeful living, especially when navigating difficult circumstances. The three trifectas of equilibrium are physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, which are interconnected forces, that govern one’s reality and environment. To maintain equilibrium which fosters inner peace and restoration, one must consciously choose to persevere despite adversity even amid challenging situations. Balance in times of devastation fortifies our personal journey of healing from abandonment which achieves balance and equilibrium after experiencing trauma. Balance can be achieved even in moments of devastation and destruction, by seeking inner truth, and leading with the heart. By evoking patience and inner peace to navigate turbulent times, one then is able to extract lessons that foster forgiveness and growth.
The role of forgiveness and emotional self-mastery are crucial elements and serve a fundamental role which enhances the spiritual philosophy that forgiveness is a spiritual principle that restores inner balance, by liberating the soul from negative emotions, such as anger and resentment. One must focus their energy on what can be controlled which is the self, rather than reacting to external circumstances that may make one feel powerless. Embracing challenges is an opportunity for growth, as spiritual growth and awakening occur when individuals conquer their fears and test their capabilities and endurance in the face of challenges. By conquering one’s fears enables the mind to go into a restorative mode or process, which allows for a fluid expansion, merged with creativity that evokes transformation and evolution. Balance is fluid and should not be confused with static state, as it is governed by universal direction, which then becomes attuned to natural direction, which enables growth. All must be propelled by change, rather than allowing their pain to lead to stagnation, compartimentalization, or paralysis. One must align purpose with action, which is critical within spiritual healing, as a person’s thoughts, emotions, and actions must be aligned to foster congruent change. Change creates an opportunity for positive results, and a sense of standing in one’s true power, which is that of peace. Alignment leads to independence, self-awareness, and the ability to define one’s own life. When one is aligned with one’s divine path, they enter into a state of equilibrium, which fosters profound meaningful change and alignment. Alignment then becomes equilibrium, which is the state of living in harmony with one’s inner truth, core values, and divine purpose. Achieving alignment requires intentional self-reflection and personal healing, which then allows an individual to reclaim their power and create positive change. By healing the self, it fosters positive change externally within their environment, which grants healing within the collective mindset. External conflicts often mirror unresolved internal pain or soul core wounds. One must address their inner turmoil with forgiveness, self-acknowledgement, and self-acceptance, as individuals must restore inner balance within the self, rather than seeking others to change. One must not place blame on others, as it contributes to a more projective stance rather than reflective introspection. An oppressor can take a moment of your time, but does not have to become your arbitrator of truth or controller of your ultimate destiny. One must place trust within universal synchronicity, by evoking faith in divine timing. One must release the need for control, and with trust have faith in universal direction. Rejection is always universal redirection. Within the state of liberation, the soul is no longer tethered to the past and aligns with one’s true purpose, mission, and path which is matched with faith and strength. By aligning thoughts, emotions, and actions, one then becomes purposeful rather than reactionary. One’s thoughts, emotions, and actions must be synchronized with intent, vision, and focus. To foster positive results and to stand in one’s true power of peace, one must release control, and embrace change, as universal alignment which is born through conscious mindfulness. Greater self-awareness and independence are crucial for one’s spiritual evolution and personal development. One must transcend limitations, move past the emotional symptomatic states of past feelings of powerlessness, to usher into a new phase of reclaiming one’s divine autonomy. One must not seek validation from others rather, one should hold internal praise and belief in their abilities rather than looking for permission to move forward or to have a purpose. To become a catalyst of change, one must be propelled by personal growth, rather than fear or stagnation. By embracing challenges, one evolves and grows to fulfill their destiny. Our challenges, obstacles, barriers, and hardships are opportunities to test one’s capabilities to evolve or survive despite the odds. By confronting fears, a person can become one with uncertainty and unpredictability, which allows fluid expansion of creativity and spiritual growth, which are central to achieving balance. By living with integrity, humility, and a strong sense of justice, ethics, and morality, one achieves congruence. Congruence enables the soul to live authentically, by speaking one’s truth, and acting with integrity, by aligning actions with personal beliefs and values. Beyond the thought, one must move with affirmative action, to enable peace to commence. By reclaiming one’s inner power, one restores their core, and discovers their inner strength, acknowledges their self-worth, and ultimately, rebuilds their life after devastating and depreciating experiences by moving forward and reclaiming their personal power. One must align advocacy with purpose, transforming personal challenges into moments or sequences of change. When one becomes a catalyst of change, they advocate for others, and promote social inclusion. Spiritual growth and unity consciousness, fosters inner peace, which then becomes the foundation for collective unity, strength, support, stability, and global security. One must attain and reach a state of peace and forgiveness through acceptance of what no longer can be changed. One cannot revive the past, or rewrite the translated actions, beliefs, or thoughts which contributed to certain ideologies. One must accept the decisions and directions of others, and not allow modes of deprivation, betrayal, and loss to define their worth. By adopting acceptance as a path, one must keep in mind that they may never comprehend or understand the reasons for another’s actions or departure however, ultimately, through acceptance, one respects others life decisions and choices. Abandonment can at times be a trajectory, path, decision and choice, and no matter how hurtful or painful the situation is, through acceptance the soul then progresses forward, rather than allowing pain to define one’s existence, worth, or value. Our worth is not diminished by the actions of another. Through the power of forgiveness, one reclaims their personal power after a devastating experience. Healing from this trauma is required to confront internal pain and learn one’s integral value. Our self-worth is not diminished by the projections, opinions, falsifications, or actions by another. When one looks deeply into their eyes into the mirror, our eyes become the window to the soul, and our lived experiences are embedded into our construct and essence, beyond the act or reframing of events by others. One must ultimately own their sacred truth. One must then translate and turn pain into purpose. Within my articles I have utilized my personal experiences, to inform and demonstrate to others, that change is possible. As an Empowerment Coach, I argue that survivors can find great wisdom through their healing process and become a catalyst of change by helping others.
One must seek their purpose and mission, and emphasize authenticity in their work, to openly share their trajectories, personal stories, while aligning their professional mission, with their lived experiences. No one can define your truth. One must stand in their sovereignty, to define their existence. All must place high importance and emphasis on authenticity, which stems from the belief that genuine healing must be united with empowerment, which requires one to confront one’s own core truths, while embracing one’s unique journey. Our journeys then become one of forgiveness and recovery, as they interchangeably lay the foundation for catalytic change. Within my book Celestial Light, and my work as an Empowerment Coach, I consistently demonstrate that survival can lead to a purposeful life. One must move from the state of fear into progressive perseverance and restorative peace. I advocate for those who do not have a voice, and encourage social inclusion, by stating that genuine authenticity fosters empathy and heartfelt connections. My coaching approach encourages clients to align their thoughts, emotions, and actions to foster positive results, as I encourage them to stand in their true power of peace, as they anchor their divine light. I encourage individuals to not let their experiences define them but rather to retrieve the lessons and wisdom within their challenges, to become adaptive and resilient. I truly believe that authenticity is the path to independence and self-awareness, and when one encompasses the ability to define one’s own life, based on their inner truth, rather than external validation, they then stand in their true magnificent power.I stand as an advocate for children who have been abandoned, as my personal experience and healing journey taught me the importance of overcoming abandonment at the most acute level within all developmental phases. My abandonment stemmed from infancy, as I became an orphan at six months of age, which provided me with a direct, lived, understanding of the trauma, that abandoned children face. My work is centered on ascension, healing, and the empowerment process, which instills hope and restorative qualities. I hope to guide others in their own recovery. Advocacy for youth is crucial, for children who experience abandonment are often left within a state of confusion, despair, powerlessness, and fear, where their future is uncertain and is out of their control. I advocate for efforts and initiatives, that enable more fairness, transparency, accountability, and autonomy for children who endure negligence or conscious acts of surrender. I consistently stress the need for institutional change, to ensure youth are protected from further harm. My mission of empowerment is based on resilience. My professional focus as an Empowerment Coach is to help individuals reclaim their inner strength, and become resilient after experiencing trauma. This mission directly aligns with the emotional needs of abandoned children and adults who often struggle with feelings of isolation and a diminished sense of self-worth. Within my teachings and writing, I emphasize social inclusion, equality, respect, fairness and justice. Drawing from my personal history, and my dedicated work with survivors, I advocate for those who do not have a voice, and encourage all to stand against injustice. As a practice, I stand for peace. Within my mission, I hope to assist and help marginalized and vulnerable youth and adults who have been failed through the acts of deprivation and negligence, to bring light to what requires change. I survived abandonment and demonstrate strategies for healing negligence. I promote strength, defining it as inner resilience, developed through healing, perseverance, and the ability to reclaim one’s personal power, after difficult experiences. My professional mission as an Empowerment Coach, Author, and Advanced Spiritual Empath, is dedicated to helping individuals become strong and resilient, particularly those recovering from trauma and abandonment. I work diligently with others within other sectors of mental health to encourage community support. By embracing a phoenix mindset, I advocate that a phoenix mindset is where one is reborn through the ashes of hardship. I personally see challenges as opportunities for growth, and believe that the wisdom gained from overcoming adversity is what builds character and fuels personal transmutative transformation. By reclaiming one’s personal power, sovereignty, and inner peace, helps individuals move past feelings of powerlessness, by reclaiming their autonomy and mastering the self. I encourage all individuals to stop seeking external validation from others, and to define their own lives based on their inner truth and purpose. One must retain and honour their sacred power. By building resilience and adaptability, I emphasize the importance of learning to be adaptive and resilient, in the face of constant change and instability. I view strength as the ability to endure difficulties with perseverance. One must evolve through new insights gained from challenging situations. By turning pain into purpose, incorporating and drawing from my own personal experiences as an orphan, I advocate that strength can be channeled into a purposeful and meaningful life. I encourage survivors to become warriors of the light, who utilize their wisdom to advocate for social inclusion, equality, respect, fairness, and peace, within their communities and beyond, where they then become a catalyst of change for future generations.
